Emma Plakinger is 13 years old, a student from Germany, and has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Together with her parents, she founded the organization Emmas Spektrum, guided by the motto: Inclusion through Communication. 

As a speaker for this organization, Emma has one main goal: to show what it feels like to live with autism spectrum disorder. Not as a specialist, but as someone personally affected—sharing

her reality as an autistic individual.

Her aim is not to define autism, but to raise awareness and foster understanding for those affected, making inclusion something people can truly experience
